TRITOCRACY OR TRIATOCRACY (OF A TRIADIC STATE)
DEFINITION: It is a model of Tritocratic or Triatocratic Governance, also called democracy with three leaders (triad), which consists in having systematically three people at the head of each central power elected among the first three during a popular election who must govern administratively by the collegiality of the majority or by choice drawn if everyone has their preference and this college must also appoint three collaborators in each position of responsibility of the services of the State who will work on the same principle. It is a model adaptable to any system/regime (Federal - Regional - Decentralization - Unitary). It is characterized and is based on 04 central powers: The Executive - The Legislative - The Judiciary - The Control & Regulation.
SOURCE: Drawing its sources from the trisomic/triangular pyramidal forms harmonized with the ancestral Kemite culture which excluded messianism, and individualism with the first number "1", refused stagnation with the number "2" to finally lead to the number "3" as a reference guide for a people basing the life of its strong nations on the community type seated on a solidly triadic family and cultural base, that is to say, three; like the three angles of the pyramids or the triangular arc which is explained by the African family composed of three blocks as follows: The man, the woman and the children which is the first block. the family of the man who gives the second and the family of the woman who makes the third.
HISTORY: This is an administrative model drawn up graphically on papyri and stones, around the year 2100 bc. JC by the Egyptian scholar ancestor "AKHOUTHOTEP" who greatly fascinated the philosopher Socrates, of whom he devoted nearly a quarter of his life to it, to the point of mentioning in his notepad that it was the only good mode of governance that he discovered during his lifetime and that he will regret not having been present during his applicability. then this model will be brought back and preserved in the learned circles of the Persian Gulf. It was during research in "Euro-Arab-Egyptological" comparative studies that Professor Ndoulah discovered it and decided to work on it for a schematically functional elaboration inspired by the pyramids and an obvious reflection on the administrative management of the State as a company created with three partners all contributing equally to the constitution of the capital which should logically be managed together by the three.
- REMARK:
- African countries need four essential things to embark on a sustainable and irreversible path to their development:
- A redesigned and adapted governance system with the aim of creating: justice, equity and inclusive merit.
- Sufficient energy to strongly industrialize the country and achieve food self-sufficiency
- The effective, efficient, and adapted education system
- And an efficient and social public health system given the external-internal blockages of our countries by the Ando-colonists and the colonists as well as the socio-political education of the populations, we must have an effective plan we must prioritize the food self-sufficiency of the populations and their health using a strategy that does not require Western energy and technology in the long-term using the education system (read this plan in the texts of the section)
UNDERSTANDING THE TRIADIC PRINCIPLE AS A MODE OF EQUITABLE GOVERNANCE ADAPTABLE TO ANY MODEL
- Consider the management of the state or any organization as
- a company created with three partners who all contribute the same equal share to constitute the capital.
- Naturally, the fair rules of running this business will be:
- The three shareholders will be obliged to manage the company with three people at the head by taking majority decisions between the three.
- When the three people have a different proposal, they will be forced to draw lots to choose.
- If one of the shareholders cannot be present, he will appoint a replacement to look after his interests, the principle being that there will always be three people to decide.
- The three shareholders will also decide beforehand on the methods of settling conflicts between them.
- It must be said that this principle is perfectly used in securing association funds in Africa with 3 treasurers/signatories at the bank to authorize payment by the banker.
- To reassure those who think that there may be a budgetary problem within the civil service, they must understand that nothing will change because the assistant posts will be abolished, if there are two for example, they will become all three leaders with full powers to decide collectively by the majority, a principle that will force people to work together.
BENEFITS
- Completely destroy plans to create clan networks within the state.
- Definitively block coup plans of local and colonial destabilization of the state
- Systematically create team collaboration working conditions
- Completely destroy the individualistic and unhealthy superpower of the decision maker
- Permanently create the conditions of justice, equality, merit, respect, and collaboration of citizens
PRIORITY AFRICAN GOVERNANCE STRATEGY
TO BE THE FIRST IN THE WORLD WITHOUT A RIVAL, AFRICAN COUNTRIES NEED TWO IMPORTANT LEVERS TO REINITIALIZE THEIR STATES AND PUT THEM ON AN IRREVERSIBLE PATH OF ECONOMIC, SOCIO-CULTURAL, AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT.
PART I
1) THE REDESIGN OF THE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM BY GIVING IT A TRIADIC PRINCIPLE ADAPTED TO ANY MODEL
It is a question of endowing the system with a triadic operating mechanism that controls and regulates the institutions so as to block any attempt at diversion, endogenous or exogenous destabilization, or creation of conditions of justice, equity, and transparency (see the model plan and its operation in part 1 below)
PART II
2) THE REDESIGN OF THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM SO THAT SCHOOL IS USED TO RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING MAJOR PRIORITIES
Knowledge transmission tool.Tool to achieve short-term food self-sufficiency by circumventing the lack of western technologyTool for the purification and sanitation of cities with the method of reforestation of fruit trees in the streetsTool for creating the semi/industrial agro-food fabricTool to help create foundations and the attic of the African PharmacopoeiaOur development must strategically rely on the young nuggets of the education system to help the whole country while appealing to another part of the population who is in the informal economy, distraction and loss of hope to support this system education with a view to reviving the country.

Our development must strategically rely on the young nuggets of the education system to help the whole country while appealing to another part of the population who is in the informal economy, distraction and loss of hope to support this system education with a view to reviving the country. The education system, in addition to producing knowledge, must also serve:
a) For the transmission of knowledge:It must qualitatively train all young people with programs designed to serve our interestsb) For the achievement of short-term food self-sufficiency by circumventing the lack of Western technology:
- The education system within a short maximum period of 3 months must bring all schools to have agricultural land in the same way as the sports field and all classes must have 1 hour per day of agriculture/breeding with a high coefficient and eliminatory mark in order to systematically bring learners to respect this vital matter.- Imagine if in a chosen country the 8 million students for 22 thousand schools, private / public, gave 1 hour a day of agriculture with nothing but the hoe for a harvest once every 3 months, what would be the impact of the abundance of this country in terms of food
c)Tool for the purification and sanitation of cities with the method of reforestation of fruit trees in the streetsThe cities must be cleaned up by the method of reforestation. We cannot easily rely on the masses or budgets to clean up, but we must create conditions that impact people's minds and get them to join the process.- This is to encourage all these schools to plant fruit trees every 100 meters along the streets of the country. Imagine how many fruit trees can be planted in 1 hour if the country has 8 million students and 22,000 schools.- Imagine if the 8 million students of the 22 thousand establishments planted fruit trees every 100 meters along the streets in two, three days we would have 24 million trees that will cover the whole country in 3 days at no cost what will be the beneficial impact after one or two years when everything has already grown:• The air is purified and creates the conditions of natural cleanliness everywhere• Local town halls can exploit these fruits to create natural fruit juice businesses• The ecosystem will recover and be able to influence to attract tourists who will attract outside investments) Tool for creating the semi-industrial agro-food fabric- The education system must set up all-out partnerships to create mini/agri-food industries in order to transform the food it will produce while adopting the policy of involving in their societies the people it has trained to make it employees and partnerse) Tool to help create the foundations and the attic of the African PharmacopoeiaThe educational system must recruit people with individual knowledge of African pharmacopeia to create a database of all the plants that will be taught to young people so that our offspring can face neocolonialism with perfect knowledge of treatment methods. it must also work in collaboration with specialized research centers and health industries to promote the synergy of Western medicine with African pharmacopeia

THE DIFFERENT HYPOTHESES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TROTOCATIE
When a new system is discovered there is generally a great difficulty for its implementation, for this purpose we have identified three possibilities that can lead to its implementation:
1) A referendum of the people. It is a scenario that can be put in place by the executive power or by a winner of the presidential election who would have previously presented it to the people in his political program it is less complicated for its implementation if the people approved by referendum.2) The compromise or pre-contract between the actorsIt's a scenario that would consist of bringing together all the actors who want the good of their country to find the compromise that will put them all in agreement on how to set up such a system, the prior formation of a government in the event of possible victory, the contract certified before the constitutional and/or supreme court between the actors. An example of what can be said in such a contract "in the event that all the candidates presented are retained by the authority in charge of the elections, a draw will be made between the candidates concerned the losers will withdraw to support only one candidate This will be done at the end of a contract certified by the Supreme and/or Constitutional Court and in the event of victory of this candidate in the elections the contract will take effect automatically and for this purpose the institutions will be dissolved with the exception of the Constitutional and/or Supreme Court to ascertain the applicability of said contract; three presidents will be sworn in and the court will see to the installation of the members of the other institutions in accordance with the contract between the actors and the people in accordance with the structuring of the new system.3) A military coup or popular uprisingIn this case, it suffices that the military before taking power organize themselves, form a possible government, assign possible leaders to the various institutions then launch out in the execution of their putsch in the event of success they dissolve then create the new system and install the actors as previously prepared.or even after a popular revolution the institutions are dissolved the new system is created, the elections are organized and the actors take their functions according to the new structure so the machine is launched for life and the African countries become the 1st in the world from here 5 to 20 years old.
